Hi Everyone,
My name is Taryn and i am a 32 year old mum.
I had the perfect life a year ago. Was happily married to my childhood sweetheart of 16 years.Raising my beautiful children who are 13 and 8.
Found out my hubby was cheating on me with a girl from his work.They are now engaged and i am a mess.
Have been suffering major anxiety, stress and everything since.
Cant get through the day without panic attacks or crying but am currently not on meds.
Looking forward to meeting people and talking through my issues:)

So sorry to hear about this. Hope you can find some help on this forum. Maybe you could see a counselor/therapist or something just to be able to talk things through.
