Symptom check I guess

Argh I hate playing the symptom game. Sorry for exposing you all to my symptoms-- I promised myself not to look stuff up so I gotta post it here!!

I was doing the dishes just now and I felt a little twinge of pain and felt a popping sensation in the side of my neck. I was wondering if this is definitely a muscle thing or something I should get checked out. I can't tell if my muscles are tense or not...

I feel like it's just a muscle spasm because I am feeling a bit nervous now but it'd be nice to hear from some other people

I personally feel that it is nothing to worry about, can definitely be anxiety related and I have experienced similar.

Edit: I did notice it flare up again and it was just one of the muscles on the outside part spasming. In the moment it's hard to tell if something is ok or not :(
