I am generally not a fan of supplements and herbal remedies -- I have read too many studies of things that were thought to help but turned out to do harm, and I am concerned about the fact that most of these are unregulated.

But, despite this general perspective, I am considering trying passion flower tea (not extract) to help with anxiety, and help me get to sleep. Has anyone tried this? Do you find it helpful? What brand do you use and where do you get it? I am more interested in a pure passion flower tea, rather than a blend with other substances. Thanks.
