I have woken up with a really bad headache.I suffer from migraines but this doesn't feel like a migraine,it is more over my forehead and my ears feel full.Does anyone else get this??i had chocolate fudge cake at lunch time which is the only thing I had different today.I am really freaking out here,any help would be gratefully received.:-(

What about common sinus infection? Is not that too fancy? Take a tylenol and drink some water, first drink water. then the pill.
Chocolate can trigger migraines..

What is the pollen count like where you are from? It could also be hay fever
