I'm new here !

I'm new to the forum. I actually have never joined a forum in my life. However panic disorder is something I live with day in and day out. Some days it's a struggle others easier. I've been this way for 3 years now. My disorder was triggered by smoking marijuana as a lot of people seem to experience as well. I used to drink a lot and do a lot of drugs so I guess it's my own doing. However I digress. I'm a 25 year old male and I have some questions I can't seem to find the answers to . So hello and I hope to be part of this wonderful forum...for the record I have read a lot on this site for years now so it's about time.

I am also new. I also have never joined a forum. I also love to booze and experience a ton of anxiety. How awesome, we have a bunch in common. I'm 30 and have had anxiety since I was an adolescent. I basically do not feel a lot of joy because of it. I think something bad is going to happen around every corner of life. I don't mean to take away from your original post, but I'm just putting myself out there. I'm also a male. I just want to appreciate what I have and not be such a worrier. Thanks for reading this.

Hi! I'm also new here. And like you two, I have never joined a forum as well. I just realized that I am not the only one who experiences anxiety and fear. I also want to help people who are in the same situation as me. Because anxiety is not a good thing and it'll suck out your happiness that you deserve. I chose to join this forum because I can't really talk to anyone about this. If I vent to my family, they'll just shrug me off and would say that I'm a drama queen and stuff like that. I have never really vent to anyone about my fears and anxiety. And I believe that joining this forum is my first step to eliminating my anxiety that'll lead me to a better and happier life. :)
