hi I am Kat, Im 28 and have had anxiety probs for the past 2 yeras since y son and my dad died.
I do not cope most days, I really would love anyone to just come speak to me. I dont have anybody can go to. I mostly obsess over my health and think there is something badly wrong with me. This week its cancer, next week it will be something else.
Is there ever a way out of this HELL???????
