Ok. I feel so sick. Waves of nausea, throwing up, throat pain, headache, dizziness. And I'm really tired. But it kinda comes and goes. I'll get relieve for a few mins then it hits me again and I just wanna cry. Idk what to do about work. I'm scared if I call in again I'll get fired and even though I hate my job because of the anxiety I don't want that to happen. I even more scared of going in getting sick and having to leave. I'm freaking out so bad. I get sick so much. I hate it. For any days I called out I have a drs note but still. I'm so worried and sick
