A lot worse! Every month is a battle it usually starts about a week before then during and sometimes a couple of days after.

Yep! Much worse. I start having issues at ovulation, it gets a little better & then boom! I've got an appt. with my doc tomorrow to ask him about checking hormones.

I'm bad but at period time I'm even worse . My bad days far outweigh my good days . A week before & during & a couple of days after I'm very bad . X

100% yes. My significant other has noticed that not only my anxiety but my depression are way worse around that time of the month. My worst time is within a few days before getting it usually. I suppose its good to know that I'm not alone in having this problem.

Thank goodness I am not alone! I feel best right after I ovulate then all of a sudden I am a mess for like a week before my period.

YES.

I try to battle it with a little more exercise but it's difficult.

I have noticed that I get palpitations a week before my period which could be due to hormone changes...which then sets my anxiety off!!

Absolutely. I'm on right now and it definitely lowers my mood and makes it harder for me to remain calm. I am also prone to sudden bouts of panic when on. It starts, as the others say, around a week or a few days before, and once your period has finished you start feeling better. It's horrible, and once my studies are over I will ask about medication, because there's nothing therapy or anything like that can do to help the problem if it's hormone/chemical based.
