scared & worried!

I woke up at 4am this morning with sickness & diarrhea. I am now scared incase i have a brain tumour as i know sickness is a sympton. My head is a little sore also.

It's crazy how our brains turn a mild symptom into something serious. But that's anxiety for you!

Chances are its just a stomach bug or your anxiety playing up I think if it were a brain tumour your headache would be unbearable. Your headache is probably down to dehydration due to the fact you have diarrhoea sickness.
