Hey you guys, this is officially my second post Lol:) Went to a psychiatrist yesterday and next week I'm going to see a psychologist, trying to get my life back. Any tips on what to say to the psychologist or is it kinda the same thing as a psychiatrist?

Psychiatrists can prescribe medication and psychologists cannot. That's basically the difference.

The psychologist will listen to you and talk to you and that's the therapy. The psychiatrist will try to find the best medication for you and give you a script.

Just give them as much information as you feel comfortable with. I hope it goes well
