It has been three days of me feeling this way. A couple days ago I was about to go to sleep when I got this weird feeling in my head. It felt like it was going numb so I started to freak out. It is hard for me to sleep because I still have this feeling in my head. I have never experienced something like this. My face will sometimes feel numb too. I want to know what this is I'm experiencing. Is this normal? Yesterday at one point it went away and I felt myself, but then the feeling of numbness came back. I'm just really scared that something is terribly wrong with me. It happened so sudden I just don't know what to do.

If it is worrying you, I would suggest speaking to your GP, simply to put your mind at ease.
Facial numbness often has a simple and benign cause, such as sinus/dental trouble, pinched nerves in the neck or shoulder, inner ear problems.
If it was anything serious (such as stroke/bleeds) you would normally have more prominent symptoms such as numbness/paralysis all the way down one side of the body, one pupil larger than the other, problems with speech/movement and no motor function in one side of the face.
The anxiety about it, can also heighten the sensations you are experiencing. If it happened whilst you were asleep, my money would be on a pinched nerve in the neck.
Perhaps try ibuprofen to reduce any inflammation (provided you have no medical conditions preventing you taking it such as diabetes)
See if that helps.
Hope it goes away soon. :)

"The anxiety about it, can also heighten the sensations you are experiencing"
I couldnt agree more. This is what happens to me and creates an awful cycle - your sensations are heightened, which increases your anxiety, which increases the sensations, which increases the anxiety, and on and on and on.
