Hey anxiety forum,
I have suffered with anxiety for over a decade (I'm 19 years old), but in the past year, I have found relief and help which changed my life. I suffered from both performance and social anxiety. It can be a tough position for those who can't find the help they are looking for, but there are others out there who want to help. Anyone relate to social and performance anxiety?
