Just went out and bought a bottle.

I'm excited to try this and see if it works for me.

I've heard it's meant to be good for the nervous system like b complex but never tried it long term.

Just wondering, would this be better to take before bed, or when I get up in the morning?

A lot of folks I have spoken to say they take one in morning and one in evening. It's supposed to help with sleep to. I read a study that MIT did using magnesium/ The following was recommended by a very well respected doctor/psychiatrist ( family member )

I have 500mg tablets. So should I break it into two and take one at night, and one in the morning?

I split 400mg into morning and night

I just took it all at once before bed... Trial and error I suppose.

Thanks! I hope so too. I'm excited that there is more healthier alternatives than medications. I hate taking medications, even when I have a stomach virus.

Do you have holland and barret? That's where I go although they all contain the same amount whether cheaper or expensive you just pay for the name
