Hi I've heard many people on about vitamin b. My hubby takes vitamin b strong compound and thiamine as he is lacking in them through his liver disease.
My question is to start taking vitamin b would I need it prescribed from my doctor?
Or can you buy it as a supplement?

Thanks all
Hannah

What is Vitamin B12 Prescription (cyanocobalamin)?

Category: Prescription Drugs

Vitamin B12 is used to treat pernicious anemia and deficiencies of the vitamin due to certain diseases. High-dose tablets may be as effective as supplementing Vitamin B12 with injections. Such prescription-strength supplementation should be discussed with and supervised by a physician.

Thank you both :-)

Dahlia I will have a look on Tuesday when the shops are open. I'm willing to try anything that helps stress levels :-)

I really must order Valerian root what I've heard and read it sounds like it can be really helpful. I did have a look in my local health food shop but they didn't have it. So it looks like I will be buying online.
I would much rather take vitamins instead of constantly reaching for my beta blockers all the time.
Thanks dahlia :-)
