just wondering if anyone suffers from health anxiety and if so what do you worry about

I worry about my wife getting breast cancer. That really scares me.

I have a fear of getting cancer and the fear of suffocating. I have the tendency to be a bit germaphobic so there are probably more but those are the two major ones.

I have a fear of anything heart related, diseases, cancers, etc.... I guess I worry about any serious illness. :( If I didn't have health anxiety, I wouldn't have anxiety at all!

thanks for the reply guys. im also the same, i cant stop thinking about my heart and whats wrong with it, even though last week i had a ecg, blood work, and a chest xray and everything came back fine, i just always feel like the doctor has missed something :/
