Hey,

Been a busy bee getting my head into books by Dr Claire Weekes. I feel i now have at least a solid understanding of nervous illness and am trying to practice what she teaches.

I am finding it rather difficult to put the advice into practice though but feel i'm getting better.

I really feel i connect with her overall message.

I have read all her book and have her audio MP3's too.

If any of you have read her books, where did you go from there? Can you recommend any other authors who perhaps elaborate further on Dr Weekes or teach in a similar tone?

I'm not looking to learn a whole new coping method, just perhaps something in a similar vein to her.

Cheers, mist.

I can recommend Jon Kabat Zinn, and I will read her books in close future; that's the plan

MiST!! Holy smoke, you're back. How you been?

I feel Christmassy all of a sudden, now you're back.

Pity you missed Applecherry. That was fun. Dahila knows!
