I need help. I'm wondering if worrying over what I'm eating is causing me extra unnecessary stress? I find myself concerning myself with everything I eat based on what information online says about what foods to avoid or what foods to eat. I don't get it cause I see people going through mental health problems who still drink coffee and eat sugary foods. Here I am doing what I think is right but it's starting to seem more of an obsession than a purpose. Could it be? Cause I really do feel I only do it cause I want a be better. Obsession or not that is the question.

Thanks for reading.
