Does anyone have any resources to help when facing the difficulty that one faces in doing journaling? I've always found it to be a difficult task to do. Always feels like my mind doesn't want me to do journaling, but I know I need too. My motivation to do it is to find some thought patterns that maybe can help me stop the thought loops that causes me to have some bad days.
