Have been having stabbing pains in my heart area ALL day. That go away for as little as 2 minutes then come back, then they will sometimes leave for an hour and come back. They are very quick, fleeting, stabbing pains that really hurt. I've taken gas-x and Tylenol... Neither helped. I do have anxiety and panic attacks but surprisingly these chest pains aren't causing me to panic or have anxiety. A little earlier my let arm went numb (like when I have a panic attack) but I wasn't feeling panicky. I am contemplating going to the ER... It is REALLY starting to concern me and they hurt! But then again I don't wanna be the annoying person in the ER for no reason. These pains are localized and ALWAYS in the same spot. Has anyone ever had anything like this??

Thanks so much for the link! I really enjoyed reading it. I'm still scared and wanna go to the ER but I'm trying to relax! I don't wanna drag my husband who has to be up at 4am and my one year old out at 8pm.

14 is posting such interesting things :)) sometimes we do not relax when we sleep, and I get the shooting pains. I think it is cause we tense all the time:))
