Anyone with digestive / stomach problems

So I've been having pain in m stomach in the upper middle.... It'll come and go and I will have really bad pain when I have to poop I'll either have diarriah or I'll have little like almost bunny pellets... Sometimes after I eat I'll get the pain.... Also I fart an burp more then normal


I have gotten blood work that's normal and a full abdominal ultrasound which looks at pancris gallbladder kidneys spleen liver the artires appendix and it was normal so it's obviously my stomach ....... Does anyone have advice on what it could be.



I'm thinking ulcer ibs or maybe a lactose allergy / glutin intolerance



I am scared it's more serious such as chrons disease or colitis

I suffer from this as well! Especially excessive burping when I feel anxious.

What is it?

I have no clue what it actually *is*, but I know it derived from me feeling tightness in chest when anxious, like there was air stuck in there, and then I started burping so it would go away... But then it's like this behavior has become more separated from the anxiety; nowadays I just burp whenever I feel anxious, which after some time triggers acid reflux instead of relieving the feeling of tightness. So it's like a compulsive behavior which mentally helps and after some reflux my anxiety eases.
