Ugh why does stuff always happen to me to spike anxiety and ruin my day/weekend with worry?! I coughed a little cause I felt like I needed to spit so I spit my phlegm in the sink and there was blood in it multiple times! It wasn't from my gums, it was coming from my throat that I was bringing up. Gosh now I'm way over analyzing it, wondering what's wrong. I haven't been sick or had a cough or anything.
