Is this depersonalization?

My movements feel choppy. Like they're's a delayed reaction in my nerves? I also have tunnel vision. What is this?

Alias summed up Depersonalisation well. Said it's like when you look in the mirror for too long, and you begin to look unfamiliar to yourself. Anything like that is usually what I would term as DP.

You then have Derealisation, which is when you feel spacey, foggy, disconnected. Sometimes feels like someone has a hand inside your brain, or you're underwater. Can also feel like your movements aren't yours, and you're somewhat disconnected from things.

They're flexible terms though. I always just used to refer to myself as being spacey, rather than label a symptom.

Just as a guess, I'd say derealization was what you're suffering out of the two.

I feel like I'm a part of reality. I feel like everything's real. I feel spacey, and my feelings feel numb and like it's happening in segments.
