Tingling and Twitching

Hi,

Is there anyone experiencing scalp tingling? It is mainly the top of the head and also spreads to my nose among other weird sensations. I have also just recently been getting muscle twitching all over really, pretty much every day for a few weeks.

I am going through a stressful time which most probably explains the new symptoms but I'm just interested to know more about what might bring it on etc. I find it on my mind near enough ALL the time at the minute.

I don't think that there is anything in particular/special that causes the anxiety to manifest itself as twitches. That is my experience of them anyway, but the more you think about twitching the more you will twitch.

I've recently started twiching all over myself too daily. I guess it's anxiety
