Feeling total invisible at the moment.
Why does this always happen after a rough spell of anxiety I'm always left feeling like this. Really down and all doom and gloom.
Sorry for starting a thread with this suppose I just needed to write it down

Not sure if I'm being paranoid here, but is everyone ignoring me on here?
Have I done something to upset anyone on here?
I apologise if I have.
It just seems whenever I post something what I write is ignored!
Sorry if I have done something wrong to anyone it really wasn't intentional

It's a common feeling and it will make your depression worse. Give a friend a call If they are not calling you

Hi Peteified,
Sorry you are feeling invisible. I somehow missed your original post. I feel bad, you are here for us and I usually do the same.
If you have had a bit of a rough go of it lately I truly understand why you might feel invisible.
If you would like to chat I will be around on and off today. Going to work soon, but will check in at lunch and then again after work.
Have a good day.
Cheers
Pam
