hey guys, just wondering if any one has like a really stong pulse in the adams apple bit of there throat. i can see mine beat even wen i look in the mirror, it happens even when am not worried, anxious or having a panik attack

You know you're supposed to feel your pulse there? :P It's normal.

Relax. Is worrying helping you? Again, nope!

Distract yourself. Do something else than sitting and focusing on things like this.

yeah i no , its just really poudin out my throat, ive asked alot of people and they said it never happens to them wich got me abit worries

The carotid arteries run either side of the throat, perfectly normal.

so theres no need to worry about if anythings wrong with my arteries

No definitely nothing to worry about, when you have palpitations the pulse will be stronger, just the same as if you were to take your pulse during a panic attack.

You can normally see the pulse in the neck if you look carefully when it's stretched to one side even in the calmest of people.

This is the main blood supply to the brain so the worry would only be warranted if there was no pulse :)
