pounding pulse in my throat

hey guys, just wondering if any one has like a really stong pulse in the adams apple bit of there throat. i can see mine beat even wen i look in the mirror, it happens even when am not worried, anxious or having a panik attack

Exactly. If you are oversensitive or the blood pressure is a little high, you will notice it more. Don't worry :)
