How do you pick yourself back up?

Today was the start of a good day, after 12-14 consecutive bad days.. And something very minor has just happened to spoil my mood completely..

When this happens to you how do you pick yourself back up? I was so proud of myself this morning for being in a good place..

When this happens to you how do you pick yourself back up? I was so proud of myself this morning for being in a good place..

I usually do something that will let the frustration out.. I try to work out, paint, or I clean my house. By the time I'm done, I usually feel quite a bit better.
