Chest pain

I'm suddenly having chest pains and it's freaking me out. I'm not sure if it's just anxiety or something else. I was just standing there and had a sudden pain in my left back, then started getting pain in my chest on the left. Now it hurts when I breathe in.

I'm not sure if it's just my anxiety since I've been so sleep deprived, or if it's something happening and I'm anxious over the symptoms now.

Any advice?

It's probably nothing to worry about. But worth getting it checked by a doctor if the pain doesn't ease off, it may be a sign of a chest infection.

Well, it's not a heart problem or it would be constant, not changing or getting worse when you breath in. Chest pains are extremely common for me (I have panic disorder) so it's probably nothing to worry about. I always talk to my psychiatrist about my symptoms to be sure though.
