Anxiety in the office

Four people are leaving my office within a month. They have all gotten new jobs elsewhere. This has knocked me into panic because 1) some of them do work I used to do, so I might have to take into my workload (which is already heavy enough) and 2) I feel comfortable being around these people and I now have to get used to strangers. This afternoon the fourth person announced her new position and that sent my heart rate up to...well, I don't know.

Ugh!
