Hello everyone.

I am nauseous for several days and I am fully aware that it is because of anxiety. (therapy stress cause I always feel nauseous during therapy) (planning to move to the other side of the country)

This stress nausea is killing me. Is there anything I can do to get rid of this nauseous feeling or make it more controllable because it is really awful.

I'm right there with you. I get nauseous every day, and it is caused by anxiety in large part.

Ginger is quite effective at treating nausea, that is something to try first. It is very safe and sold over-the-counter. There are several forms: candied ginger, dried powdered ginger, fresh raw ginger.

I have read several controlled studies of ginger for treating nausea, it is much more effective than a sugar pill.

I suffer from anxiety induced nausea also.

Things that have helped me:
peppermint oil.
Tapping on my temples.
Chewing gum.
Drinking tiny sips of water.
And papaya enzyme chewable tablets.
In emergency situations, I'll take half a Dramamine.
