TRIGGERS: anxiety back

SO bought a new car, a truck that I always wanted. have the loan, insurance...but change for me and bgi spending triggers anxiety. planning on selling my old truck and the day I am getting people over for a test drive: damn clutch and transmission blows up 5 minutes from home....not expected at all. now I don't have the downpayment for the trucka nd I have to use my savings. at least the bad luck didn't happen to the person that could have bought my truck but still.....feeling anxious. also thinking on family summer holidays and rental fees for cottage....now I don't have the money and going out of town stresses me out big big time...very anxious.

what should I do?
