10 days on sertraline

10 days on sertraline be 11th when I take it this morning, and I've noticed not much change, anxiety still there, negative and depressive thoughts still around constantly in my head, just want to no will it get better, help

I've noticed that the maintenance meds don't seem to have any effect on me until I get off of them. I think it just takes time to work and it's so subtle that you don't really notice all the time.

It takes way longer for it to start working than 10 days. I wonder why your doctor or pharmacist didn't tell you. It could take well over a month to start feeling results.

as the others have said it is usually between 2-8 weeks before you start to feel the benefit
