Haven't had a panic attack for a while until today! My chest is so tight Still :-( does the chest always stay tight for a while after ???

When I have had panic attacks previously (I haven't had a bad one for a while) my chest has been sore for a good few hours afterwards and I'd feel tired and a lot of the time my shoulders would hurt where I'd been so tense so I'd say the tightness in the chest is normal after a bad panic attack.
