Citicoline Sodium for anxiety...need ur views please

Heya....


So citicoline sodium or CDP choline...I think both of these are same. Citicoline is being used a lot because of its benefits for brain and mental health. My doc has prescribed me Citicoline sodium...to promote alertness and increase happiness/motivation too. I have started it..but i m feeling kinds strange after using it may be a little confused or what...I dont know if its just alertness or what...its hard to describe..

Has anyone of u tried citicoline sodium..?? Need possitive reviews and ur experiences please.. :)

Well this is an interesting one. It's certainly not Zoloft. I like reading about people's experiences with different types of meds/supps and how they effect their mental health.
