I have sharp chest pain in the upper center of my chest. It started yesterday. I dunno if its anxiety related but its sharp like theres something in my ribs. Its not gerd i mean its not a burning pain

maybe its a muscular pain? if it doesn't go away with pain killers then get it checked out. its probably nothing. anxiety can do weird stuff to our bodies

As enduronman stated, rule out Acid by taking some kinda reflux medicine. To make sure could be something small an nothing at all. No need to stress things out any more than they are. They craziest part in all of this is we become so hyper sensitive to our body now any odd feeling or tingling we feel and it seems 10 times worse than it actually is. Im sure you are good!
