worrying about rash!!

I was out shopping today & i was really warm then started getting really itchy. I've got a rash on my belly which is worrying me but my boyfriend said its a sweat/hear rash but i'm not sure. What do they look like?

Its not raised or spotty.. its making me worry cause i have a bit of a sore head aswell..

See if an antihistamine like Benadryl gets rid of it, or reduces it. That should narrow down what it is quite a bit.

I don't have any antihistamines in the house & the pharmacy is shut now.

Put a cool flannel on it and if it's a heat rash it may go down?

No there is better way, If you have oats in house pour some water over it lets say 3 tbsp of oats and a cup of water. let it sit for an hour and use the water to moist the place you got rush. It will dissapear in a heatbeat
