Anxiety with med increase

Wednesday I bumped up from 20mg to 30mg & next week I'll bump up to 40mg..

Well I'm having bad anxiety right now..

Anyone else experience this with an increase??

It'll be ok dear, just try to take it with food and a glass of water not just a sip..
