Hi Littleone,

Yup hormone ups and downs play havoc with anxiety. At least you can take comfort in knowing that it will last a few days then it usually gets better, at least for me it does .

Hope you feel better!

Mine lasts for about a week but this time it's lasted 2 weeks. I'm 90% sure I'm not pregnant I jut freak out n worry which then probably makes it worse. Does anyone have the implant in the arm I'm considering getting it to maybe calm them down a little bit

Ye I'm really struggling with mine n I took the pill but hated it I had horrible side effects. I get about 1/4 weeks where I feel I could do anything with no anxiety no fear n then the other 3 I'm either ovulating or getting pmt n then the anxiety kicks in. Frustrates me

I thought I was alone. It's one thing to have anxiety but when my period comes it is always heightened.

This is completely normal, I think most females deal with this, and some have it worse that already have anxiety.
