Hello.. I'm Robyn. 34, from Ontario, Canada. I've had Social Anxiety since age 15, but have made a lot of progress towards it.

I love nature, animals, photography, music, architecture.. I do love to travel, hate the anxiety that goes with it.

I've been in a bad place emotionally for about a month, which is why I joined here {I just posted in the Social Anxiety thread}

I've seen a few people lately from Ontario join. Is it anxiety month over there? I think Dahila is from Ontario. She's gonna be mad I can't remember lol

This is a great place! Hopefully you can help us as much as we hope to help you.

Sounds like you've hit a bit of a speed bump! That's ok, I do it all the time. Everyone here have been great with me and I think just maybe I've helped one or two people along the way.

I'm in a really good place right now so if you need a shoulder or sounding board I'm here, as is everyone else!
