I am not sure where to start so i guess I will start by saying hello to everyone. HELLO. I will be on here alot I think. I never thought I was stressed out until lately. I will find a spot to explain and spill all my issues about this. I am also here to respond to others in need of a listener/friend too. Hope to get to know you all soon.

hello strezzed, I have just joined as well. I suffer from migraines, anxiety and panic attacks. I am currently not on any type of drug (bec. they make me light sensitive and cause me bad headaches.) I do carry Ativan in case I have a panic attack. I hope with this forum, and some support it will help me.

Yes me too.I carry an inhaler and if I forget it when I leave the house I panic. I hate bein like this.
