Hey all...
So i m taking amino acids and supplements for anxiety. My doc also prescribed me phenergan about 15 mg just at night for sleep aid. Its been more than 2 weeks am taking it.. and now for last three days am feeling strange things.. especially i feel numb...my head n mouth feels strange and numb...my tongue feels weird too. They can actually move and are not numb ...but i feel they lack sensation or they cant move...its hard to explain. Wanted to ask is it jst anxiety or can be because of the sedative am taking..?
I have also started citicoline sodium for focus and attention...but cant seem to get better yet. Any words..? Is it simply anxuety tht is making me feel this
