General Anxiety

Hi, this might sound stupid, been to the doctors and A&E numerous times last year, they said all my symtoms were anxiety, took my blood and ECG and said nothing was wrong, however i seem to be gettin worse, just wondering if anyone else expierances the same symtoms but on a daily basis like me :

- constant thoughts about heart problems
- pounding heartbeat that can last all day and get worse on a night time
- dizzyness
- chest pain (some times sharp or dull)
- pains down left arm
- palputations
- the feeling that throat is closing up
