help freaking out

been on luvox 50 mgs for one week Lexapro 10 mgs and they upped me up to 100 mgs of the luvox which I just took and im freaking out... is this a normal adjustment??

Are you still taking lexapro?

suppose to still be taking 10 mgs but I didn't take it this morning because I really don't want to be on 2 at the same time

Upper dose of Luvox is 300mg. So you're still well within dose. You're still a tad on the lowish side if anything.

It's ok to take 2 SSRIs together, it's not common, but people do. I said yesterday, I get why you don't wanna take 2, but if you're worried about safety, you don't need to be :)

I tried to call my dr but she is never in its really annoying so I skipped my morning dose of Lexapro which made me freak out all day cause I feel like im doing something wrong??

Yeah, doctors are impossible to reach sometimes.

If you wanted to take it again tomorrow, it wouldn't be a problem. Missing one dose doesn't do any damage. Sometimes it's a load off your mind just following your treatment plan, instead of trying to navigate it yourself.

Less freak outs, ok. You're gonna be fine, it's just your mind getting all worked up. Try and talk yourself down whenever you can. :)
