Ativan not working

my psych tried two antidepressants that did not help. Now she gave me Ativan 0.5mg...problem is, is that its not helping me with my anxiety. Is this normal? what do I tell my psych?

0.5 mgs is a low dose. Double the dose and see if it works now.

.5 mg is a base dose I would say needing 1 mg is not unusual. I used it for years and it was an anxiety killer for me.:)
