Magnesium supplement

I want to start taking a magnesium supplement but I'm not sure where to begin. Are there different types? Should I take a certain one? Is there a certain milligram I should start with? Advice is appreciated.

Hi Melly Im not to sure about them myself but i can tell you there have been quite a few large threads with magnesium in the title. If you do a thread title search in the search bar I'm certain you will find some really good info. Im sure others will post here too. :)
