Another step to beating this anxiety

So as most of u now i havent been able to sleep in my own room since i had a major panic attack in there in october. Well last night i slept in there yayyy. Yeah i got a few anxiety symptoms but just ignored them i was fine and didnt have a panic attack.

Also i still havent had a cigarette yayyyy
