well I'm pretty new here guys. i've been dealing with anxiety AND adoption issues stemming from childhood... needless to say the past year has been daily emotional roller coaster... I experienced my first panic attacks back september...In high school my gp gave me a bunch of damn SSRI's because i was basically going thru an angsty teen phase... I was not depressed and my body and mind just had the worst time with those pills. Anyway, I'm hoping that with a new therapist and some meds i can start being me again... I know life changes people as they go, but I don't wanna have to live my whole life with these crazy emotions..
