Does anyone ever feel on there own even if there surrounded by people? I don't always feel like this but sometimes I do and I think feeling lonely can be one of the worst feelings!

Being lonely when surrounded by people is always with anxious people. I separated myself for years, and now my only social life is here and in work :( social life in work, I hardly talk to anyone.
I was lonely in my marriage too,which is the worst kind of loneliness, :)

I'm the opposite, i feel anxious being myself. I love lots of company.

I feel like that very often. Even when I'm surrounded by ppl I still feel lonely and I don't know what to do about it. I just feel needy.

I feel like this all the time. It's a big part of anxiety. The only time I properly relax is when I'm reading. When I'm actually alone I can't switch my brain off.
