Onsite workshops??

Has anyone been to one of the Onsite workshops? It's in Tennessee. I am going in two weeks and even though it's not designed for panic and anxiety it's suppose to help you deal with some of the stuff that is going on that is causing it.
I was just wondering if anyone has every been to one?
