Why does PMS cause an exaggeration of our anxiety/depression symptoms??? I hate it. The few days before I am a certifiable nutjob. I get so moody, depressed and the nags give thoughts are ten fold what they normally are. Anyone feel me?

I am experiencing that as we speak. I always know when I'm going to start, because my snappy comebacks start getting on MY nerves. I think, what the
Hell is wrong with me today? Then a few days later I realize what it was. It pretty much sucks. Not like periods and female hormones aren't horrible as they are. Ahh the joys of being a woman with anxiety and ovaries. :)

Although it has a mind of it's on. I am sooooo on edge and moody hateful stressed jittery heart palps through the roof and let's not forget the crying spells,,,,, that was just today lol. Yes any advice on how to deal would be much appreciated !!!!
